Model: This is a plastic building kit with exactly fitting parts in different colors.
Dimensions for the apartment house 91 x 71 x 45 mm / 3-9/16" x 2-13/16" x 1-3/4", for the multiple use building 70 x 50 x 30 mm / 2-3/4" x 1-15/16" x 1-3/16".
Extensive instructions are included for building this kit.Polystyrene glue available at your dealer is required for assembly of this kit.
